Pengalaman adalah guru yang terbaik. Itu yang kami rasakan. Awal - awal usaha aqiqah dan katering, menanak nasi 10 kilo saja hasilnya tak tentu. Kadang pas, kadang kelembekan bahkan pernah pula keras karena kurang air. Alhamdulillah, seiring waktu berjalan, kami sudah menemukan cara yang pas dan mudah. 60 kilo beraspun sudah biasa. Tapi aku menyerah kalau di suruh mengaduk / membolak balik nasi saat proses pengukusan 😁  Urusan itu aku serahkan ke bujang bila dia di rumah. Atau suami saat bujang berada di kostnya. Untuk 100 porsi nasi cetak, sebenarnya hanya butuh 10 kilo beras. Tapi kami memasak 11 kilo. Prinsipku, lebih baik lebih daripada kurang. Menanak Nasi Sistem Siram ala dapur kami Bahan : Beras 11 kg, cuci bersih.
